Enjoy the prime location of the beautifully appointed Carriage House at Chateau Winston, a 1-bedroom retreat that sleeps 4. You'll have a well-equipped kitchenette and a private courtyard with BBQ grill. Just a short 5-minute walk to the beach and easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants of Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and Seacrest. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, or small families.
Good to know
This is a studio-style carriage house with a queen-bed sleeping area that is separate but open to the main living area. A queen-sized sofa bed in the living room accommodates 2 additional guests, and a small balcony off the main living area is perfect for morning coffee. The well-equipped kitchenette includes an electric stove, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and mini fridge. You'll have a private entrance and your own courtyard with a gas BBQ grill. The downstairs garage adds a full-size fridge/freezer, a full-size washer and dryer, a ping-pong table, and beach chairs and wagons you're welcome to use during your stay.
Other Details to Note
The Carriage House is a private, self-contained retreat. The main house behind it, Chateau Winston, sleeps 10 and is booked separately, so it may have its own guests during your stay. There are no shared interior spaces. The pool at the main house belongs to those guests and is not part of the Carriage House booking. The Carriage House is not part of the Rosemary Beach HOA, so it does not include access to the community pools or beach access points. Getting to the sand is still easy — the closest beach access is a 5-minute walk to the end of our street, Winston Lane. The balcony faces a neighboring community's service area, and you may occasionally hear early-morning trash pickup across the street. Your reservation includes one parking spot. The driveway is shared with the main house, so please use only your assigned space and keep the rest of the driveway clear. This is a non-smoking, pet-free home. The guest who books must be 25 or older and present for the entire stay. A standard rental agreement is provided after booking and is required before arrival. It protects both you and the home, and takes only a moment to sign. This home is on a septic pump system, so a refundable $150 security deposit applies to every stay. It is a hold, not a charge. The hold is placed 2 days before check-in and released 2 days after checkout as long as nothing needs repair. You enter your card through the secure guest portal after booking. The deposit only comes into play if prohibited items are flushed and the system needs service.

Our neighborhood borders Rosemary Beach, just north of Scenic Highway 30A. Winston Lane is a quiet street where most of the surrounding homes are also vacation homes. The restaurants and boutiques of Rosemary Beach are a 5 minute walk away, and the beach is a 5-minute walk to the end of our street. Alys Beach, Seacrest, and the other 30A beach towns are an easy bike ride away.
Guest Access
Guests of the Carriage House have access to their own private courtyard with a BBQ, access to the Carriage House garage with a full-size washer and dryer, ping pong table, large fridge, and beach chairs.

The best way to get around 30A is on foot or by bicycle. You can reserve bikes ahead of your stay through the rental company in our digital guidebook, and they'll deliver them right to the house — no traffic on 30A, no hunting for parking. If you're considering a golf cart, keep in mind that many 30A communities, including Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, don't allow them, and the beach access at the end of our street has no golf cart parking
