Chateau Winston Estate is the whole property, main house and carriage house, with a private pool and hot tub that are yours alone, two kitchens, two patios, and a five-minute walk to the sand. Mornings start with coffee on the balcony; evenings end in the hot tub with the grill still warm. Rosemary Beach's shops and restaurants are a short stroll away, waiting whenever you're ready to wander.

Chateau Winston Estate is two homes on one property, booked just for your group: every bedroom, every patio, the private pool, the hot tub. No shared walls, no splitting across reservations. The main house is where everyone gathers. The kitchen opens into the living area with a natural wood island and a gas range. Across three floors it sleeps ten: three ensuite kings, the primary with vaulted ceilings and balcony access, plus a custom bunk room with four single beds and a ladder. Across the courtyard, the carriage house is its own retreat: a queen bed in a separate nook, a queen sofa bed for two more, and a kitchenette. Its courtyard holds the hot tub, seats five, hot and ready the day you arrive at no extra charge. Between the two houses sits the private pool, heating optional, with two covered patios, two gas grills, an outdoor shower, and a ping-pong table in the garage. Best for multi-generational reunions, bachelorette parties, and big-group beach weeks.
Other Details to Note
Please note before booking: we are in Inlet Beach, just outside Rosemary Beach proper, and not part of the Rosemary Beach HOA. Your stay does not include their community pools or private beach walkovers. What you get instead is a private pool and hot tub nobody else shares, plus the public beach access at the end of Winston Lane, a 5-minute walk. The hot tub sits in the carriage house courtyard, seats five, stays hot year round, and is included at no charge. Pool heating is available for an added fee. For your security: exterior cameras at both entrances, the driveway, and the rear garage. None inside. All five parking spots are yours, with a Level 2 EV charger (J1772). No overnight street parking, so keep all vehicles on the property. Non-smoking, pet-free home; booking guest must be 25+ and present the entire stay. Rental agreement required after booking. The home is on a sensitive septic system, so damage from prohibited items being flushed may be charged to you.

Chateau Winston sits on Winston Lane, right where Inlet Beach meets the Rosemary Beach town line, close enough to walk to both. The nearest public beach access is two blocks away, a five-minute walk from the front door. Rosemary Beach's town center, with shops and restaurants like Cowgirl Kitchen and the Wine Bar at Rosemary Beach, is a five-minute walk. Grab bikes and reach Alys Beach, with its white architecture and Caliza Pool, in about ten minutes. Seacrest Beach and The Hub, with pickleball and food trucks, is roughly a five-minute drive. Further along 30A, Seaside and its Airstream food truck row is 10 to 12 minutes, Grayton Beach State Park about 15. Both Publix and Whole Foods are nearby and deliver. Pier Park is about 25 minutes east, Destin roughly 35 minutes west. Winston Lane is a quiet street where most of the surrounding homes are also vacation homes.
Guest Access
Booking the full estate means both houses and everything between them are yours, with no other guests on the property during your stay. That includes the main house across all three floors, the carriage house, the private pool and both covered patios, the hot tub in the carriage house courtyard, both kitchens, the outdoor shower, the yard and cornhole, and the garage and shed with the ping-pong table, beach chairs, and wagons. All five parking spots are yours as well. The hot tub stays hot year round and costs nothing extra. Pool heating is the only add-on. There are no shared entrances, no shared walls, no shared pool, and no shared hot tub. Not included: the Rosemary Beach community pools and private beach walkovers, since we sit just outside Rosemary Beach proper and are not part of their HOA. Upstairs bedrooms in the main house are reached by stairs. The ground floor is all one level.

The best way to get around 30A is on foot or by bike. The beach access at the end of our street is a five-minute walk and Rosemary Beach's shops and restaurants are about the same. Bikes can be delivered straight to the house through the rental company listed in our digital guidebook, which beats hunting for parking in town. If you are considering a golf cart, know that Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach do not allow them, and the beach access at the end of our street has no golf cart parking. A car is useful for grocery runs and day trips to Seaside, Grayton, or Destin, but most of our guests leave it parked after the first day.
