Chateau Winston is a three-story, 4-bedroom home built for big groups who don't want to feel like they're on top of each other. Seven beds sleep 10 across four bedrooms: three suites each hold a king bed and their own private bath, and the fourth is a built-in bunk room with two sets of bunk beds tucked behind shiplap walls. The top-floor Primary King Suite has vaulted wood-plank ceilings, a gas fireplace, a private balcony, and an ensuite with a soaking tub and glass walk-in shower. King Suite 2 and King Suite 3 each get their own private bath. The open kitchen has a gas cooktop, stainless oven, dishwasher, Keurig, and a farmhouse table that seats eight. The living room opens straight onto the pool deck through French doors. Best for extended families, reunion trips, and groups who want everyone under one roof.
Other Details to Note
Please note before booking: we are in Inlet Beach, just outside Rosemary Beach proper, and not part of the Rosemary Beach HOA. Your stay does not include their community pools or private beach walkovers. What you get instead is a private pool nobody else shares and the public beach access at the end of Winston Lane, about a 5-minute walk. There is a separate 1-bedroom carriage house on the same property that sleeps 4 and is booked separately (search “Winston Carriage House”). It has its own entrance and its own private hot tub in the carriage house courtyard; there are no shared common areas, pool, or hot tub between the two bookings. For your security: exterior cameras at the main house entrance (view includes part of the pool), the carriage house entrance, the shared driveway, and the main house's rear garage. No cameras inside the home. Pool heating is available for an added fee. Parking fits up to three vehicles on-site, and an EV charger (Level 2) is available. No overnight street parking, so please keep all vehicles on the property. Non-smoking, pet-free home; booking guest must be 25+ and present the entire stay. Rental agreement required after booking. Because the home is on a septic pump system, any damage to the system due to prohibited items being flushed may be charged to you. Chateau Winston sits on Winston Lane at the quiet edge of Inlet Beach and Rosemary Beach, so you get the walkability of 30A's most famous town without the crowds on your own street. Public beach access is about a 5-minute walk to the end of the street. Rosemary Beach Town Center, with boutiques, ice cream, and dining, is an easy 5-minute walk. Seacrest Beach is about a 15-minute walk, with more shops and beach access along 30A. Alys Beach, known for its white-walled architecture, is roughly a 10-minute bike ride. Seaside, the original 30A town center, is about a 15-minute drive. WaterColor and Grayton Beach State Park are about 20 minutes for dune trails. Publix and Whole Foods are a short drive and both deliver. Winston Lane is a quiet street where most of the surrounding homes are also vacation homes.
Guest Access
Your booking is the main house only: all four bedrooms, all three and a half baths, the full kitchen, the living room, the reading corner, and the guest powder room are exclusively yours for the stay. Outside, you have full use of the fenced backyard, the private pool and brick-paved courtyard, the covered porch, and the on-site parking (including the EV charger). Beach chairs and a cornhole set are included. Not included: the carriage house next door (a separate booking with its own entrance, no shared common areas or pool with your group), and the Rosemary Beach community pools and private beach walkovers, since we sit just outside Rosemary Beach proper and are not part of their HOA.

However you get around, the point is you mostly won't need the car — this is a walkable-to-town stretch of 30A. The best way to get around is on foot or by bike; 30A's scenic bike path runs within a block of the house, linking nearly every beach town. If you are considering a golf cart, know that Rosemary Beach does not allow them, and the beach access at the end of our street has no golf cart parking. A car is useful for grocery runs and day trips to Seaside, Grayton, or Destin, but most guests leave it parked after the first day. ECP airport is roughly a 25-30 minute drive.
